　　As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

　　Kitchen Technician

　　Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.

　　Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and make necessary repairs.

　　Install new equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.

　　Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.

　　Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

　　Collaborate with kitchen staff to address any equipment-related concerns or issues.

　　Document all maintenance and repair activities in a detailed manner.

　　Stay updated with the latest technology and trends in kitchen equipment.

　　Perform routine maintenance and repairs on laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.

　　Laundry Technician

　　Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.

　　Ensure that all laundry equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

　　Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.

　　Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

　　Collaborate with laundry staff to address any equipment-related concerns or issues.

　　Document all maintenance and repair activities in a detailed manner.

　　Stay updated with the latest technology and trends in laundry equipment.

　　Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Previous experience in maintaining and repairing laundry & kitchen equipment.

　　Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and refrigeration systems.

　　Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

　　Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

　　Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
