Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative, and detailed individual for our Sales Project Coordinator Intern position. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. As a Sales Project Coordinator Intern , a typical day might include the following:
Providing administrative support to the Enclosures department (sales and project teams ), including scheduling and coordinating meetings, generating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
Providing support to Enclosure department including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
Reviewing data, create charts, dashboards, and reports as assigned.
Developing ways to avoid and deter data inconsistencies at the source in addition to review, validate, research, clean and transform those inconsistencies.
Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
Providing support for large projects.
Learning customer needs and requirements; responding to requests and general inquiries as assigned.

Current student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Math, or Statistics.
You have proven expertise in Microsoft Office programs and/or data applications.
You are able to learn and communicate technical information.
You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
You are able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
You are able to work independently and take initiative.
Takes on work and assignments with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
