About the Role:
As the Employee Experience Intern, you will provide support to help enhance and promote employee culture and experience in our distributed workforce. You'll collaborate with the Employee Experience Team to design, development, measure and evolve our Employee Experience journey to attract, retain and engage CrowdStrike employees.

What You'll Do: Assist in planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives to enhance the entire employee experience in an effort to attract, retain and develop top talent to support the growth of the companySupport day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as FalconFit Total Wellbeing, anniversary and recognition programsProvide ongoing support for CrowdStrike employee Onboarding events and experiencesAssist with Employer of Choice recognition and awards submissionsCollaborate with Marketing and Talent Branding team to develop program brandingConduct survey analysis that evaluates program effectiveness and implement improvementsAssists in collecting and analyzing feedback from employee engagement surveysDevelop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations designed to keep employees knowledgeable about Employee Experience programsBuild relationships across the organization and work on cross functional projects or initiativesAssist in tracking annual Employee Experience budgetAssist with vendor requisitions and purchase orders within our Procurement tool.Help draft presentations, including basic editing, formatting, and proofreadingManage swag ordering and inventory for multiple programsOther duties as assigned What You'll Need: Actively seeking a Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or Business AdministrationGraduating between December 2024 and June 2025Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with co-workers, key stakeholders, and employeesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Pages, Sheets, Slides)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skillsA team player who works cross functionally, acts with a sense of urgency, problem solves and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentStrong interpersonal, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skillsMust possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projectsDemonstrate drive and self-motivation#LI-MS1
