Job Description Primary Function of Position:
The Employee Digital Experience Lead will play a key role improving the HR HelpNow portal experience for all employees, including a seamless transition across other HR platforms, such as Leo, onboarding and HCM. This role will actively shape and enforce visual consistency across the platform.
The Employee Digital Experience Lead oversees the population and organization of content for HR platforms (HR HelpNow, Leo, HCM, ATS) to provide employees around the world with useful content that will enhance the employee experience by making HR information quick to find, easy to understand and delivered in a consistent manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with People Operations and Content Owners (COEs) to apply human centered design and service design thinking approaches to the HR owned platforms.Drive UX design from early-stage concepts all the way through final delivery and launch in partnership with People Systems.Process complexities and competing priorities; effectively balances content deliverables to meet the needs of varying audiences. Routinely provides impactful and influential presentations or other knowledge-sharing activities with cross-functional audiences.Create and manage an HR HelpNow Content Index to ensure only updated, current knowledge articles are available for consumption. Requires collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global Talent Management, People Systems).Plan and execute user experience focus groups to understand employee pain-points. Engage end-users to obtain feedback and input on HR Portal content, layout, navigation, etc. Document feedback and learnings to incorporate into overall improvement plan.Continuously measure effectiveness through portal and knowledge usage data and metrics. Collaborate with the global and local content owners, including holding regular meetings to manage activities, timelines, and provide guidance to content owners. Creating, editing, and maintaining documents used by employees for guidance (e.g., playbooks and wikis) for a variety of user personas.Collaborate on tools, templates, and timelines for content owners and developers for the completion of tasks. Partner with Global Talent Management team, People Services and People Systems to create a global and seamless onboarding experience. Design end user help material (i.e., guides, videos)Participate in HR HelpNow development, updates and enhancement projects to ensure exceptional people experience and functionality. Perform HR system testing (e.g., UT, UAT) Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting HR Service Delivery organization.Minimum of 3 years of shown experience in user experience (UX) with a confirmed history of delivering valuable outcomes for customer-facing digital properties.Experience with low mid and high fidelity wireframing. Comprehensive understanding and expertise with enterprise Content Management Systems.Web content curation experience: select, collect, and organize items in a collection to provide a simple and efficient search for employees.Knowledge Management, Communications, and/or process improvement background focused on user experience and adoption.Broad HR functional knowledge with an understanding of employee and manager HR-related needs.Demonstrated ability to work independently, initiate and identify solution while prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.Knows how to influence and negotiate effectively through communication and provides impactful presentations or other knowledge-sharing activities with cross-functional audiences.Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and goal oriented individual, passionate about improving business performance.Collaborative, team player attitude with a customer service mentality.Excellent written & spoken communication skills.Able to describe complicated processes and tasks succinctly. #LI-REMOTE

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
