We are searching for a communications expert to drive the development and execution of the employee communication program for Intel's Data Center and AI Group. This group drives the development of leadership data center products, including Intel Xeon processors and field programmable gate array (FPGA) products, and high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) products, including Intel Gaudi accelerators and Intel Data Center GPUs.
This position is a part of the Technology and Executive Communications team within GCG. The role is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to have a direct impact on, gain insight into, and develop strategic communications for one of Intel's primary technology groups.
The scope includes strategic planning, storytelling, managing employee communications engagements, content development, and partnering with multiple global teams within GCG (corporate, employee, technology and international communications, financial and c-suite media relations leads, integrated storytelling leads, etc.), Intel Global Marketing, multiple Intel technology groups, and the respective leadership teams and executive offices.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
Superb business or marketing communications skills, coupled with technical and product acumen.Experience driving employee communications strategies for technology and product organizations.Experience in driving communications strategies and plans to engage and inspire employees.Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior executives, providing positioning counsel and executing with a sense of urgency.Experience contributing to business goals through strategic communications for large, complex organizations.Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the demonstrated ability to turn complex ideas into stories and visual concepts easily understood by a broad audience.Strong organization, program management and content development skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects.Demonstrated creativity, drive and work ethic to generate buzz and excitement for the organization and company's core narratives.Flexible and resilient problem solver with the ability to build broad-based consensus and manage sensitive situations.Demonstrated ability to lead and work across teams.Strong interpersonal communication skills with the maturity to interact comfortably with a vast spectrum of hierarchy within the function.Exceptional written, oral, visual design and layout, and digital communication skills in addition to proofreading and copy-editing.
Responsibilities may include:
Ownership, coordination and alignment with DCAI BU comms managers on a one Intel and one DCAI editorial calendar and roadmap.Identify and amplify newsworthy items for communication and dissemination; synthesize the information and weave it into meaningful and inspirational narratives and proactive messaging across communications channels.Orchestration and program management of select comms-related events? (e.g., DCAI QGS, executive syncs)Continually measure communications results via metrics and identify new trends and methods of communication to increase effectiveness.Participate and contribute to Intel corporate communications community and Circuit News to stay abreast on x-company topics.Coordinate across and serve as central point of contact for the global communications team and other key partners to ensure strategic business objectives are supported.Manage and leverage insights, research and support from agency partners and other vendors to develop new strategies and opportunities for engagements.Writing and publication of leader memos, organizational or policy announcements, newsletters, content pieces targeted for the employee audience, moreEstablish and maintain prioritized service level agreement to ensure focus on highest impact activities.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing Communications or related field.6+ years of related experience in Communications.Working knowledge and utilization of enterprise communications tools (Firstup, Poppulo, MS Office/MS TEAMs, Office365, including SharePoint Online).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in communications in technology industry.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
