　　Your responsibilities

　　Lead and manage complex projects and coordinate work of multi-location and cross functional teams. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.Manage the scope, cost and delivery of the projects within the eMobility R&D program. Ensure appropriate requirements within the program and manage interdependencies between projects.Ensure transparency around change requests, identified risks and make sure they are properly managed and communicated.Drive the implementation of the backlog in a transparent and efficient way and ensure quality and timeliness of releases. Manage capacity planning and ensure efficient utilization of available resources.Monitor and control program cost and financials.Coach and mentor R&D Project Managers and support professional development and talent pipeline. Share lessons learned.Develop accurate, comprehensive, and regular reporting to senior management about R&D projects and serve as key contact for stakeholders.Setup and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers.Support the roll-out of releases to supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, and ensure smooth handover to the operational organization.Support the R&D organization in continuously improving the processes and ways of working towards increasingly lean and agile methods.

　　Your background

　　University degree in a technical field (Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar).10 years of experience.> 5 years of technical project management experience including full lifecycle developments; all aspects from initial research & development, specifications development, concept development, design, testing & validation, qualification, and industrialization.Strong experience in product development project management in a multisite and global team environment.Good knowledge of Scrum framework or similar Agile-Lean stage gate frameworks.PMP certified or equivalent.Strong team and leadership skills.Pro-active, creative & problem solving person with resistance to stressful situations.Work very well independently and have a strong self-motivation.Willingness to travel and Excellent English skill.
