About EMEA Mid Market Regional Sales Lead

  Aim of the position:

  Set Up & Manage the Team, Client Base & revenue targets to be achieved by the Mid Market Commercial division

  Organise and Develop the talent, make sure the team is set up on sales process, product and solutions, as well as the market landscape

  Part of the EMEA leadership team

  Responsibilities

  Set up and deploy a successful commercial client strategy for Mid Market in the market/region

  Identify new commercial opportunities (Clients, Segments in the markets etc) and develop sales initiatives

  Manage the Mid Market commercial team reporting, assign accounts, targets and tasks

  Report to the EMEA Regional lead on Revenues, Strategy and People management

  Support the Regional Head to set up the Regional strategy for the revenue pillar

  Full responsibility of revenue for the client group within the cluster

  Collaborate and exchange with other Nielsen business areas where necessary to drive overall revenue

  Making sure the team is set up for success and has the right skills needed

  Team management and development

  Recruit and set up multilingual MMS team in a central location

  Manage client handover and knowledge transfer from existing countries/locations

  Skills

  Min. 8 years of commercial experience, preferably in the client sector

  Very strong understanding of the Inside sales and process and tools. (Zoom Info, Linked in Navigator, Sales Force)

  Proven track record of sales experience and Inside sales with Leads generation, Outreach campaigns etc.

  Commercial acumen

  Very good pipeline management skills

  Strong client focus

  Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to influence experts

  Wide range of people management experience, including cross-country

  Knowledge of media landscape and audience measurement solutions

  Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape

  Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
