The job:
Discover impactful work as our new EMEA Regional Market Development Manager.
As a member of the Global Services & Support (GSS) Regional Marketing Team, you will be responsible for marketing strategy and tactical implementation of activities and results supporting key product lines and application areas while implementing projects in cross-functional teams. You will drive all aspects of the downstream marketing for GSS product lines focused on Service & Support. Services include: contract renewals; warranty conversions; and training and validation services. You will enable new product introductions, sustain existing product offerings, and communicate the value of service and support to customers.
This role will be fully remote (working from home), based anywhere in Europe. Occasional international travel may be required - up to 10% max per annum, including some overnight stays.

What will you do?
Lead regional commercial engagement, training and meetings to support overall business strategy and priorities and drive local demand for service & support offeringReport progress on region-level execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with GSS Global Market Development to generate demand via digital and /indirect sales channelsCollaborate closely with global product managers to localize service offering and optimize portfolio managementProvide regional customers and market insights/data to global product managers and global market development managers to improve global strategiesLeverage local marketing capabilities to adapt global campaigns and related materials, communication results for in-region deploymentSupervise regional market performance (e.g. revenue, service attachment) and driven threats with sales and service & support leaders, including participation in gap-to-close analysis and corrective actions as the need arisesLocalize service & support NPI execution including go-to-market plan, web content, sales training and local activities to support launch in partnership with BU/Platform Regional Market DevelopmentPartner with GSS Product Management and local commercial teams to optimize regional pricing set/get for NPIs and existing portfolioAct as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration; or equivalent work experience & skillsEITHER an experienced Marketeer, with experience building and deploying multi-channel marketing campaignsOR a salesperson looking to transition into a Marketing roleStrong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customers and an ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve on performanceAdept at building and maintaining relationships with customers and key opinion leadersAbility to manage project scope, budget, and schedule to achieve timely results Proficient in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and sophisticated technical, market and research information/dataExperience with life sciences or clinical research products and services a plus, but not essentialExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperienced and adept with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookWilling and able to travel internationally up to 10% per annum, including overnight staysFluent in English
