Role Overview:
The role is based in our office in Belgrade, Serbia
This is an analytical role, focused on supporting commercial reporting and central management of commercial accruals.
The role reports directly to and closely supports the Commercial Finance Director.
Being a true data guru, you'll develop fantastic relationships with your key senior stakeholders (including larger commercial and IT teams) supporting them with process improvements and centralized reporting implementation. Your contribution will be instrumental in introducing new ways of working and ultimately maximizing the "value added" by the team.
Responsibilities:
Business partnering:
Proactive commercial business relationship management and partnershipBuild strong relationship with the members of EMEA commercial teams
Commercial accruals management:
Calculate international customer bonuses and send invoices for processing. Ensure recharges of the same are done to other Eaton entities within EMEA regionPrepare annual variable incentive scheme templateCollect variable incentive calculations and exception requests from the zones, consolidate them for senior management review (annual)Annual variable incentive factor calculation for Headquarters HQ team, calculate variable incentive scheme results for the central Commercial Policy & Channels (compol) team (quarterly)
Commercial reporting:
Provide regular monthly sales reports (channel sales, sales by destination, etc)Prepare ad-hoc commercial reports from available data tools Work with IT on implementation of customer hierarchy and customer categorization toolFP&A work for the strategic accounts and Commercial Policy & Channels (compol) teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentAt least 5 years of practical experience of financial planning & analysis FP&AAnalytical mindset, sales and business acumen, business partneringExcellent knowledge of ExcelData-savvy, good with systems such as SAP, Power BIEnthusiastic, learning agilityEnglish language at fluent level
