• Lead SW development to meet OEM requirements
• Lead and drive different SW Scrum Teams throughout SW Development life cycle.
• Develop and maintain SW Project Plan following the defined processes, tailoring optional activities according to the project’s needs
• Lead and drive SW development activities, inclusive of requirement and architecture, design and implementation, integration and validations, change management, as well as managing product feature backlog through prioritization
• Manage problems and changes including impacts to project timing and cost
• Perform risk assessment, control the implementation of risk measures
• Manage technical relationships with all internal project team, external stakeholders and suppliers
• Support the introduction of the SW into production
• Contribute to the process definition and improvement, provide lessons learned
• Regular report the status to Project Management and Line Management.
• Full responsibility in driving good Quality, Timely Delivery and Effective Cost solution for the organization
• Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science or Computer Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in embedded system development
• Candidates with experience in a similar project leader position in software development will be added advantage
• Candidates with experience in leading a team with team size > 15 are preferred.
• Candidates with experience using agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe will be added advantage
• Ability in project management (Resource allocation, SW Project planning and tracking, Risk management)
• Candidates with good knowledge of SW development process (Requirements Engineering, SW Design, SW Development, SW Testing, Configuration and Change Management) will be added advantage.
• Having basic knowledge in C, C++, Python coding skills will be added advantage
• Candidates with basic knowledge in Embedded system or Real-Time Operating Systems will be added advantage
• Candidates with basic knowledge of MATLAB Model Development and Integration will be an added advantage
• Capable of maintaining excellent relationship with customer and the team.
• Ability in negotiation and dealing with ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills and having ability to abstract bigger view
• Self-motivated with a strong passion in driving the team and manage the delivery on-time, with quality and cost efficiency.
• Must be able to travel for business / training within short notice
• Fluent English required, daily work in an international environment.
