(1) Basic Function
ADP is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our ESI Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will play a vital role in developing and executing automated marketing campaigns to drive demand for our products and services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a strong background in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua), data analysis, and campaign or process optimisation.
This position reports directly to the ESI Director of Marketing Automation and will work partner closely with field and digital marketing teams across APAC, EMEA and LATAM, as well as Marketing Operations and Technology counterparts in NAMER. This is a team environment position, but individual contribution and accountability is a requirement.
(2) Essential Responsibilities
Lead the execution of automated marketing campaigns, including segmentation, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and continuous refinement of processes.
Partner with business partners to create perpetual automated campaigns and nurture programs that drive convertible leads and opportunities.
Coordinate and review all requests and translate them to the technical essentials needed for an optimised and successful marketing campaign.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, coaching, and delegation to your key stakeholders, with a specific focus on campaign best practices.
Work with creative teams to build and evolve email and landing page design that ensures best practices are leveraged to maximise performance.
Leverage targeting and segmentation best practices to support stakeholders in creating audience lists appropriate for campaigns and nurture programs.
Build relevant and accurate reports and/or dashboards to provide the business with continuous monitoring of campaign effectiveness and ROI (and adjustment suggestions).
Implement best practices for email deliverability and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR)
Define standards for integrating sales campaign information between marketing automation, sales automation, and web systems such that meaningful ROI metrics can be determined.
Developing learning paths and train marketing partners on marketing automation best practices.
Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and platform configurations.
(3) Experience
A minimum of 6+ years' experience working within a Marketing or Sales environment, with direct responsibility for marketing automation and email marketing.
4+ years demonstrable knowledge of using Eloqua marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and the creation of Sales reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of responsive HTML (including the challenges of the use of HTML in email) and CSS.
Experience working with creative teams to ensure high-performing email templates and landing pages.
International experience working with different cultures and languages in global organisation.
Use of analytic and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) very helpful.
Experience working within a Direct Sales organisation in B2B marketing with a proven proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing automation programs a plus.
