Eligibility Analyst - Remote

You'll be responsible for employer contract loading and member implementation using various databases and/or source documents. This is a challenging role with serious impact. It's a fast paced, high volume environment that requires you to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on company policies and guidelines. Your accuracy will be vitally important and monitored carefully to ensure our system is correctly coded and that all plan documents are precise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact to all policy administration related enquiries from brokers and clients. Preparing, processing, and maintaining new member enrolments & cancellations. Responding to member eligibility queries & verifying Enrolment status. Work with partners to ensure member enrolments, cancellations and modifications are processed within agreed SLA. Perform reconciliation of member data with Partners Build and maintain long term relationships with key internal & external functions. Identify opportunities in processes and work with the team to develop and implement solutions across UnitedHealthcare Global organisation. Act as a back to the Client Implementation Team to support activities during peak periods.

Required Qualifications:
A strong eye for detail Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheet) Communication skills (written and verbal) Continuous process improvement skillset and mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools experience in enrolment/eligibility function Knowledge of the health insurance industry
