We are looking for Electromechanical Assemblers for Broken Arrow, OK
1st Shift Hours 6:00AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift hours: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Position Overview:
Wiring, Assembling and/or modifying electromechanical equipment (e.g. Switchgear, Cabinets, Panels, Wiring etc.) with use of mechanical tools and blueprints. in a transfer switch manufacturing environment.
You will be accountable to read understand mechanical diagrams, wiring diagrams and BOMs to perform all wiring and assembly activities in assigned job by the lead or supervisor.
Processes work orders (with the use of computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
Scans in and out of work orders (with the use of computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
Reads and interprets documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments (e.g. blue prints, bill of materials, one line diagrams, etc.).
Fastens component parts on cubicles or frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies.
Cleans and maintains equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.

Basic Qualifications:
Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical /measuring tools
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Ability to stand to perform job duties
Ability to reach, grasp and lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull and slide heavy material
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, crawl and climb
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be thorough and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to learn all equipment operated in the facility, and follow established processes
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with reading Blue Prints
Previous experience with Large Industrial Machines

The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour with 15% shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
