What will your role be?
We now have an opportunity for an electrician to join our Bundaberg site, reporting to the Reliability Manager. We are committed to lean manufacturing and as such requires an exceptional reliability and consistency in the performance of its equipment processes.
What does this role look like for you?
As a valued member of the Diageo Reliability team, the Electrician will have the opportunity to further enhance their expertise in automation. This will be achieved through active participation in our ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, OE trainings and engagement in automation portfolio upgrade projects.
This role provides a platform for professional development, enabling individuals to upskill and contribute to the advancement of our automation capabilities.
In this position you will be:
Proactively completing maintenance on site assets
Planning and allocation of maintenance tasks
Efficient resolution of plant breakdowns.
Full adherence to safety standards and policies
Effective use of maintenance systems
Strong teamwork culture
In order to be successful for this role?
Experience working in production environment, ideally within food or beverage production.
Must have gained an Electrical License.
Understanding on Microsoft tools like Excel.
Understanding of Asset Performance and maintenance philosophy & Root cause analysis tools.
Experience with SAP maintenance management tool is ideal.
Hazardous area exposure would be advantageous.
