The base salary range is from $70,000 to $100,000 per year and iscommensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Employeesare also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses.

Responsibilities:This is an on-site position
Preparation of project bids, gathering proposals, blueprints,specifications and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and timerequirements by studying proposals, blueprints and related documents.Computes costs by performing take-off, analyzing labor, material and timerequirements.Provide critical support to estimating and project management by updating allestimating and design-build projects, working withowner/developer/architect for bid to companies.Attend meetings with project architects/customer as needed to assist withunresolved problems and ensure adequate coordination is happening to ensureaccurate bid documents.Help monitor design scope for changes affecting budget or schedule;identifies cause and advises customer as needed.Qualifications:
Understanding of value engineering concept and knowledge of electrical code,building codes and standards.Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Accubid.Exceptional organization skills and project/program management.Attention to detail, self-reliant, ability to balance workload,professional & positive attitude!Additional Skills & Abilities:
