Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in oneof our office locations; Austin TX, Muscatine IA, Minneapolis MN, orDenver CO.In this position, you will work as a discipline lead or project engineer ona variety of energy, infrastructure, federal, and internationalprojects. The projects are of varying sizes and locations for highereducation, utility, federal, municipal and industrial clients. Renewablesystem design is becoming a larger part of our portfolio and offers anexcellent opportunity for professional growth in this rapidly expandingsegment of consulting service.This person would manage other discipline engineers and perform electricalwork on a variety of projects. Work would include electrical system analysisincluding load flow, short circuit, coordination and arc flash studies,as well as engineering of microgrid (distributed generation), batterystorage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems includingstudies and system modeling. Work would include electrical design inaccordance with the NEC, including providing power to medium- andlow-voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, andlighting systems. Work would include campus distribution and buildinglow-voltage systems and may also include working with European voltage systemsStanley Consultants is currently working on several large projects in the USAand overseas. Person applying for a position would be given the chance to workon a wide variety of challenging projects.Required education, skills, and experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited Collegeor University4 - 8 years of experienceIndustrial, distributed generation, federal experience; Department ofDefense (military) experience is a plusDesign work with electric vehicle charging systems, microgrids, renewableenergy systems, battery storage energy systems, or photovoltaics includingstudies and system modeling a plusDesigning medium- and low-voltage electrical systemsComputer programs: ETAP, SKM or Easypower; AGI or Visual Lighting SoftwareAutoCAD/Revit is a plusProfessional Engineering registration or the ability to obtain within 1 yearProof of US Citizenship for federal contractor compliance.Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave a general understanding of engineering drawings and specificationsSalary Range: Base Compensation: $72,200-$94,600
