　　Lead testing for lithium ion cells, modules and energy storage systems.

　　Partner with Applications Engineering to test new cells or special purpose battery tests

　　Design experimental and standard tests for new products

　　Participate in Design Reviews & Requirement Traceability

　　Integrate New Product Introduction requirements into product deployment

　　Collaborate with customer and application engineers on test requirements

　　Perform Open-Circuit-Voltage (OCV)

　　Perform AC Impedance

　　Perform Open-Circuit-Voltage (OCV) vs. State of Charge (SOC) @ Temperatures

　　Perform Capacity @ Temperature vs. Discharge

　　Perform DC Internal Resistance

　　Perform Cycle Life Testing

　　Perform Thermal Cycle Testing

　　Perform System Level Testing

　　Perform Overcharge & Discharge

　　Perform External Short (hard & soft)

　　Perform Thermal Abuse

　　Perform Random Vibration Testing

　　Perform Shock Testing

　　Perform Humidity & Salt Fog Testing

　　Top Skills Details:

　　Electrical engineering, Electrical design, Schematics, Hardware

　　Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar technical field required

　　3 – 5+ years of experience with lab test equipment required (Power Supply, DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)

　　3 – 5+ years of experience with software required or similar tools required (LabView, JIRA, Matlab, etc.)
