Job Description
· Perform design, drafting and 3D modeling using Revit for electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm, Security, Telecomm, etc.
· Use National Electric Code to create designs in compliance with national codes
· Interface and collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines, including understanding 3D coordination with those disciplines.
· Create clash-free model with components to LOD400 and perform flythroughs for stakeholders using Navisworks.
· Interface with construction trades and perform regular field walks to review installation progress and adherence to model.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Skills and Requirements
· 3-5 years of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
· Expert knowledge of REVIT MEP
· Expert knowledge of electrical system components, conduit types, fittings, etc.
· Strong desire to be a part of a world class team focused on achieving amazing results.
Experience designing manufacturing facilities and site infrastructure development · Associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field.
Experience with Evolv, Revizto, Dynamo and other Revit plugins. null
