  Job Description

  Join our Intel Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) in building the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing factories across the globe. The future is what we build. Our enterprise manages a portfolio of capital projects on-site with a large contractor workforce that encompasses outsourced general contractors, A/E Architecture and Engineering firms and key trade companies in the Semiconductor Construction Industry. The scope of our work includes but is not limited to new factories and site infrastructure, ongoing site expansion and renovation, and semiconductor tool install.

  This is an onsite position at our Gordon Moore Park campus in Hillsboro, OR and relocation assistance will be provided.

  As an Electrical and I and C/LSS Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Partnering successfully with key stakeholders including factory staff, Logic Technology Development, facility owners, global supply management, central design, site construction and suppliers- Transform the culture and set the pace relative to the best in the world for safety, operational excellence, innovation, partnership, customer service and making Fab Construction Enterprise the best place to work in Intel- Manage day to day construction operations to ensure a World Class safety record- Translate business and technical requirements into high quality Designs that enable biddable, affordable and constructible solutions- Develop world class supplier partnerships with leading sourcing and procurement solutions and deliver continuous improvements in business results, quality, schedule and cost- Lead and successfully manage a wide spectrum of Construction projects to enable Intel businesses including new Fab modules, Fab conversions and special building projects on our global Technology Development site- Foster innovation and transform traditional construction practices by driving new methods and engineering solutions by leveraging industry insights to Intel's multidimensional challenges- Ensure sustainability and other enabling capabilities are adopted to deliver innovative breakthroughs- Help to transform an organization that is lean, efficient and collaborative- Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution

  The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:- Written, visual and verbal communication skills of technical topics- Skills in presenting to executive management- General facilities, technical expertise and willingness to lead and provide direction to technical teams- Skills to collaborate across engineering discipline, organization and geographic boundaries- Team and quality oriented skills- Champion and value the safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle

  Qualifications

  You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field and minimum of 6 years experience on design or construction of electrical systems such as medium voltage, low voltage, emergency power systems, critical (UPS) power systems, lighting systems, and heat trace systems

  Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field and minimum of 4 years experience on design or construction of electrical systems such as medium voltage, low voltage, emergency power systems, critical (UPS) power systems, lighting systems, and heat trace systems

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Knowledge and expertise in Construction, Facilities, Fab Technology, Quality and Lean Principles

  3+ years of managing project change control from design through commissioning

  Technical familiarity with reading and interpreting construction contract documents and 1-line diagrams and BIM (3D modeling)

  Experience with construction, start-up, and commissioning/turnover of facilities systems
