　　The Role

　　Having accurate Admission Requirements is one of the most critical factors for successful student enrollment. As the requirements can be dynamically changing and affected by various factors, we have a need to designate a resource to ensure the accuracy of the Admission Requirements at all times.

　　Responsibilities

　　Review and audit applications or knowledge content to check compliance with standard proceduresReport on assessed work as per Quality Assurance guidelinesWork closely with the Quality Assurance and Process Management team for Knowledge/ Content Quality, Submission Quality and Post-Decision Quality Ensure that daily expectations are metKeep updated with procedures and policies published on ApplyGuideProvide training as requestedEnsure that report findings are kept confidential and only shared with Team leads, Managers and SeniorsCommunicate findings or collaborate with Management, Learning & Enablement, Process Management and Quality Assurance teamsDiscuss and share ideas for training, procedures and policiesManage a variety of tasks with efficiencyEnsure processes and training assets are regularly updated to guarantee precision of process detail and efficiencyAdded responsibilities will be assigned as needed

　　2-5 years experience in education credential evaluationGood knowledge of at least one country education system other than Canada and USReading and speaking proficiency in a language other than English is an assetExperience using Google and Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat, etc.Presentation and public speaking skillsAbility to deliver information correctly and precisely Ability to listen to, understand and answer questions Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented, high level of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentialityAdept researching, investigating and problem-solving capabilitiesAptitude for prioritizing tasks with excellent organizational skillsExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
