Overview
Deutsche Bank is seeking an Quality Control Specialist to join the eDiscovery Services team. The team is responsible for the Bank's data retrieval, retention, and transfer of electronically stored information to internal requestors and external third parties to meet legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. This role has a direct impact on the Bank's ability to respond to legal, regulatory, and human resource investigations and in turn the Bank's reputation. As, the eDiscovery Quality Control Specialist, you will check that data retrievals, retentions, transfers, and quality control is completed per request specifications. To be successful, you will be a highly professional and organized professional, and your attention to detail is critical as the data set provided to our requestors must be complete and accurate.

What You'll Do
Perform Quality Control on the identification, retrieval, preservation, and delivery of electronically stored information in support of ongoing legal requests, regulatory matters, or internal investigations in a legally defensible and reproducible manner, which maintains data integrity with a full chain-of-custody
Maintain impeccable record keeping with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with established procedures and adhere to controls for handling of strictly confidential data

Adhere to Service Level Agreements. Ability to anticipate, analyze, and resolve risks and issues while managing clear and concise communications and organizational escalation
Collaborate on internal projects and initiatives to deliver service improvement to the organization
Skills You'll Need
Bachelor's degree that is Information Technology (IT)-related or with a legal-focus (essential)
eDiscovery experience (preferred)
Experience with enterprise level infrastructure and technology, e.g., messaging applications, business applications, databases, servers, backup, storage, compliance archiving (essential)
Experience with identifying opportunities for automation or simplification of repetitive tasks (essential)
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Experience in client relationship management (essential)
Effective written and verbal communication skills (essential)
Ability to engage across a range of backgrounds and levels of seniority with the ability to translate technical terms into language that non-technical persons can understand (essential)
Detail oriented, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills (essential)
Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model framework and standards, and awareness and understanding of legal procedure, process, and regulation (preferred)
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $60,000 to $86,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
