Overview
As an eDiscovery / Litigation paralegal, you will work as part of a small, dynamic, high-performing team responsible for overseeing litigation, investigation matters involving government entities and regulators, responses to third-party requests for information and a wide range of other matters. You will provide comprehensive support to our in-house attorneys and outside counsel, as well as partner across our Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization, on eDiscovery and litigation.

What you'll bring

How you will lead
Help manage eDiscovery at Intuit, including: driving the identification, preservation, collection and processing of ESI; preparing materials in response to discovery requests, subpoenas, internal investigations, and related matters; and coordinating with internal colleagues and external vendors.Help manage all legal hold and document preservation processes, including collaborating with partners across Intuit to ensure relevant data is preserved for purposes of litigation and investigations.Stay up to speed on industry trends, best practices, and the rules and regulations of eDiscovery.Provide litigation and investigations support to in-house attorneys, including soliciting and gathering information from across the company to assist attorneys in providing legal advice.Support and help manage Intuit's responses to third-party requests for information, complying with the law and protecting the data of our Company, employees and customers.Innovate, scale, and suggest improvements to legal processes and procedures. Add rigor to all aspects of internal processes, including building and maintaining playbooks, guardrails and metrics.Drive or contribute to department and team projects.Provide project management support.Take on increasingly complex responsibilities and proactively solve problems independently as experience grows.
