　　Role:

　　We are seeking an experienced Ecosystem Program Manager with exceptional strategic thinking, and a passion for improving overall velocity. As a key bridge between products and operations teams, you will play a pivotal role in fostering transparent communication and driving collaboration across global teams.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Project Management Excellence: Support and manage multiple complex projects concurrently, collaborating closely with team members and business leaders to ensure global alignment on goals, plans, and deliverables.

　　- Effective Communication: Build transparent and efficient communication channels to align and partner with internal and external stakeholders, as well as delivery teams. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and proactively to various stakeholders.

　　- Process Improvement: Create and refine processes and organizational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.

　　- Strategic Prioritization: Exercise strategic thinking to prioritize workloads effectively and escalate to leadership when necessary.

　　- Expert Advisor: Act as an expert and a go-to resource for cross-functional teams, providing guidance on best practices and strategic direction. Leverage experience across multiple countries to navigate complex global environments and understand cultural nuances.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

　　2. Demonstrate substantial and direct experience in project management or a related field.

　　3. Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management abilities, coupled with an unwavering commitment to precision and detail.

　　4. Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

　　5. Possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively, particularly with diverse global teams operating across multiple time zones.

　　6. Prior experience working in diverse international settings will be considered a valuable advantage.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101000 - $206000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
