The Forecasting Analyst position requires a unique combination of skills in probability, numerical analysis, and the ability to digest technical scientific and clinical research. This role involves developing and maintaining predictive models for sales volumes of novel medical therapies. Key Responsibilities: Forecasting: Design and maintain predictive models for novel medical therapies, incorporating a database of medical claims experience, disease states, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory approval timelines. Scientific and Clinical Research Analysis: Digest clinical research, financial analysis, and news reports into the modeling process. Rapidly adapt models in response to new information. Stakeholder Engagement: Effective document, communicate, and defend model design and insights to stakeholders, including colleagues, drug manufacturers and health insurers. Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics. Scientific Literacy: Ability to comprehend and apply findings from clinical and scientific drug and medical research. Incorporating financial analysis in forming defensible predictions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data and scientific concepts with experts and laymen. Healthcare Management Background : Experience with US healthcare payments system and clinical/financial data preferred Must be available for travel, estimated at 25% Personal Attributes:

Forecaster Mindset: Self-assured in making predictions and defending or modifying them against critical evaluation and new information. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in model documentation and data interpretation. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
