Hybrid , reporting to a specific location where work needs to be performed / collaboration should happen (regardless this location is within a hub) and without regard to where a candidate lives (some employees may end up hybrid who live more than 50 miles away but where business needs dictate them to be onsite at a specific location three days per week).

About the Role:
As the eCommerce SEO Assistant Manager, you will work within the eCommerce Line of Business to create a world-class shopping experience for all customers.
In this role, you will inspire the organization to think differently, innovate, and grow revenue for both physical and digital products within the eCommerce platform. You will be key in establishing and executing best-in-class SEO practices for improving a fast-growing eCommerce business to deliver on page and off page SEO, linking strategies, content optimization, monitoring progress and reporting to leadership.
This role will require a strong knowledge of SEO tactics and strategies, the ability to stay on top of industry trends, and work cross functionally with business partners and agency partners alike. promote development plans. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborating with agency partner and merchandising teams to conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases relevant to our product offerings. Optimize website structure and content to improve search engine crawlability, indexation, and overall user experience. Using best practices for on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking. Collaborate with content team and merchandising teams to ensure that all website content is optimized for target keywords and aligns with SEO best practices Create and manage a content roadmap that focuses on creating valuable, SEO-friendly content to attract and engage our target audience. Partner with Line of Business owners to develop requirements and testing. Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and other relevant KPIs to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting progress, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO, search engine algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing agency, merchandising teams, IT, and program management, to ensure seamless implementation of SEO strategies.

Required Qualifications
BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields Ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of constituents and partners across functions and organizational levels; ability to lead by influence across a global organization, identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options, and provide recommendations Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices. Analytical ability with capability to transform data into actionable insights and plans Ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness Effectively manage multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree / M.B.A. Experience in online/mobile commerce (Automotive & Non-automotive) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
