Ecommerce Media Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Ecommerce Media Manager, you are responsible for Lux Brands and Skincare Brands at Coty.
Your main focus:
Own and manage paid traffic generation to secure the delivery of our eCommerce commercial ambition. Develop and execute eCommerce media mix strategy. Align with EC and Sales team on marketing/sales calendar and merchandizing priorities Gain traffic and market share from competition and unauthorized dealers through paid search, paid display& other paid traffic products EC platforms owned. Win on KCPs in paid traffic on all eCommerce platforms. Monitor EC paid traffic inventory and sales performance at a regular basis and take appropriate actions to ensure strong sales performance timely. Manage TP agency on paid traffic optimization and delivery, support on develop and execute working budget plan with EC/ Sales team to drive search & other paid traffic on top of organic growth. Work as a bridge to connect EC team and Marketing team in terms of business objective alignment and budget allocation under the guidance of media head. Optimize working budget spending and tracking; document all activation by monitoring results against Objectives/KPI. Define and conduct program for real-time auctioning on Display Marketing, optimizing Customer Lifetime Value ratio. Drive EC paid media innovation with all the key platforms including Ali, JD, Douyin, Tencent, Kuaishou, etc

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Ecommerce Media Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Bachelor degree/ Education Minimum 6 years experience in precision media planning and execution. Minimum 3 years experience in EC paid media planning and execution. Strong knowledge on main EC owned paid media platforms including, Alimama's 直通车,超级钻展,超级推荐,万相台; JD's 聚效, Douyin's 千川, etc Solid experience in eCommerce role in FMCG / cosmetics / fashion / luxury is preferable but not a must. Solid experience in collaboration with Tmall / JD Solid SEM / programmatic display expertise and Agency management experience Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision making Ability to influence cross functional teams, cultivate relationships; Build consensus & influence business partners. Both within and outside the organization. Excellent communication skill in Chinese and English A problem solver than a executor
