  A bit more about you

  As a member of the Digital Media GTM & Sales team you will execute on the strategy to deliver growth and sales success for Adobe Creative Cloud & Document Cloud in Asia Pacific. This role is focused on optimising our online consumer business through enhancing the electronic purchase experience over computer, tablets and other smart devices and improving the customer journey across digital touchpoints.

  Your proven experience in subscription sales will serve you well as you partner with Marketing, PMM, Finance, T&O and Operations to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that result in improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition and greater customer retention.

  We are looking for someone who can combine the art and science of analytics and insights to paint a data driven picture of today's business and tomorrow's opportunities.

  What you'll do

  •Formulate, document and implement eCommerce business requirements to improve website performance and increase customer lifecycle value

  •Manage and monitor effectiveness of sales performance closely aligned with demand generation activity, and constantly optimising the conversion funnel and end-to-end purchase experience

  •Understand the customer journeys from awareness to consideration and from trial to purchase to drive efficiencies and success for our prospective customers

  •Leverage data driven insights and top of funnel signals to find efficiencies and improvements to the conversion rate to drive gross sales

  •Assist in the development and movement of key eCommerce initiatives to drive new sales

  •Collaborate with GTM management, marketing and creative teams to identify, scope and implement site improvement initiatives to improve website performance and increase customer lifecycle value

  What you need to succeed

  •Relevant cross-functional experience (digital marketing, digital sales, project management) with SaaS/subscription experience extremely desirable

  •Strong analytical skills, able to manage, interpret and act upon multiple sources of data and customer feedback

  •Highly obsessed with conversion and new acquisition, but also advocate of customer experience and importance of customer retention

  •Good communicator with ability to interact locally, regionally and globally - marketing, campaign, ops, legal, product, web, commerce

  •Be forward-thinking, working on present-day strategy as well as preparing for the rapidly evolving future of eCommerce
