The Opportunity:
The Ecomm Manager is a member of the Consumer Engagement & Data team responsible for defining the ecomm brand strategy for the business unit while execute and innovate new ways to interact with our consumers.
Your Impact:
As E-Commerce Manager your scope would consist of:
Responsible of the E comm Strategy for the Business Unit Owns the Ecomm execution programs Defines new channel assortmentContributes to Ecomm Vision and implementationDrives Promotional Portfolio and Price Point StrategiesDefines priorities and consumption touchpoints/opportunities for each BU brandsCollaborates on sales teams to execute new multipacksE store perfect store capabilitiesPrioritize team key opportunities with each player (e groceries, pure players or last millers)Works with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovationUnderstand sponsors and business needs and translate into innovations and user stories Identify opportunities and risksContinuously support brand teams with key performance indicatorsLead the stakeholder management agendaCoordinate retrospective sessions with our brand managers for post mortems and visionEnsure communication towards digital initiatives owners to optimize efforts and resources
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
Professional / Bachelor in Marketing, Business or or related.English and Spanish fluent professional.Experience in working on an Agile Methodology is a plus
Experience
Marketing roles experience as Ecomm Assistant/ManagerPrevious experience in digital commerce and eCommerce preferredAt least 4 years of experience in brand management, massive consumer goods or related.Al least 1 year of experience as Ecomm rolesBusiness know-howHighly-oriented resultsConsumer Centric mindsetDigital Media & Analytics background
