The Opportunity
The eCommerce channel is currently evolving with the rise of retail media, becoming an intersection between media and digital commerce. This role will develop the eCommerce marketing function to partner with Marketing and Shopper Marketing establishing the right strategy and processes, services and capabilities to then deploy across the sector. It is therefore both "strategic" and tactical as it will accompany the process deployment.This role will establish client relationships with Media and Retail Media partners at a regional level, understanding how eCommerce as a channel and capability needs to evolve to adapt to the current context. One of this role's main challenges will be to align at a senior sector and OU level to ensure the operating model has the right resources to be succesful. It will drive the OU/MU local execution of the defined plans and will be responsible for connecting with Global EC function and other sectors to align on strategies and leverage common capabilities and platforms.

As eCommerce Customer Engagement Coordinator would consist of: (L07 - L08)
Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of eCommerce WIN initiatives in current ecosystem of customer pillar with multi-disciplinary team and the delivery of services/capabilities to OU's:
Support LATAM online/digital customer relationships through Full Funnel process implementation with Retailers, PurePlayers and Concierge creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with customers.Establish partnerships with scale media and retail media partners (i.e. Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Cenco Media etc...) and lead, the strategic agendas with all partners.Partner with marketing and shopper marketing at Latam and OU level to plan and create ONE CALENDAR activation for eCommerce. Lead marketing TCP and shopper marketing integration process for eCommerce across the sector (leading implementation and driving adoption).Support eCommerce eNegotiation agenda across Latam and client segments.Define A&M taxonomy guidelines across key stakeholders, while monitoring compliance across the sector. Set the eCommerce marketing organization guidelines and partner across the organization (traditional and eCommerce) to optimize eCommerce marketing practices and spend. Provide strategic oversight for LATAM/local market eCommerce-specific marketing / demand generation capabilities (e.g., SEO, SEM, loyalty) to drive consumer acquisition and retention practices that focus on sales conversion vs. building brand equityScope and be critical ambassador for embedding usage of new platforms and tools to unlock competitive advantage through data-led marketing culture, personalisation at scale and sophisticated audience insights.Establish connection and wiring across contene creation process across key functions (MKT). Define and lead Test & Learn approach to drive continuous improvement through 'hypothesize and learn' within every activation.Partner with Sector insights and analytics function and take a leading role to develop best-in-class learnings & recommendations to maximise retail media effectiveness online.Create best-in-class tracking solution aligned with Global DTX, to scale across Latam OU's. Define training agenda for Latam and OU's in partnership with Global Learning eCommerce function.

Experience
Professional / Bachelor degreeEnglish: fluent professional.Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Retail Media (1 yr mandatory).Microsoft Office proffiency for: powerpoint creation skills, use of excel to analyse data and others for process mapping and project follow-up (mandatory).Experience in Latam in CPG Company (desirable).Understanding and experience of core digital and eCommerce fundamentals and growth levers.Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams to drive projects and achieve their completion. Strong communication skills to influence a multi-country agenda.Digital marketing experience backed with analytical skills. Strong track record of over delivery against targets.Capacity to learn fast and quickly adapt to changing environments. Highly collaborative and organized to support countries and Latam's central project and service deployment. Strong interpersonal skills. Network in a matrix organization to enable connections between areas and countries. Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and teach others about eCommerce. Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you.Entreprenuerial mindset: hands-on approach to make things happen.Relentless innovator with an ability to identify opportunities and the drive to push for results.
