As the e-Business Analyst - Team Lead you support the Global SEM & SEO Team in the Biosciences Division (BID), nested under the Life Sciences Group. You will manage a team of Business Analysts that focuses on ensuring data flow, analyzing and visualizing data, reporting, providing insights and actionable recommendations on marketing initiatives to optimize BID's Global Search performance. Your team own multiple high-priority projects such as:
SEM budget forecasting and offering investment recommendations to drive channel critical metrics like web revenue and site engagementAnnual and quarterly channel goal forecasting with ongoing goal trackingCrafting new dashboards to gain additional insight into customer behavior
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building and automating reports and visualizing data in tools like Adobe Analytics and PowerBI. Candidates with experience in digital channels like SEM or SEO will be preferred.
You and your team will perform in-depth data analysis and visualization tasks to promote data-driven decisions and it's a must that you are detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and constantly seeking new opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of our Search program.

What will you do?
Collaborate
Work as part of the Search Marketing Team to measure and report on SEM and SEO initiativesLead a team of data analysts to create and maintain reporting processes and dashboards for BID's Search channelsWork closely with SEM and SEO managers to provide insights and recommendations based on data
Build and Maintain
Own and manage SEO and SEM data from multiple sources such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Adobe Ad Cloud Search, Adobe AnalyticsStreamline current reporting and budget forecasting processes to achieve time savings for the Search teamDevelop and maintain marketing performance dashboards; monitor, analyze, and tune reporting to improve digital marketing program successHandle and integrate large volumes of data from various sources and provide actionable insightsTrack trends, identify opportunities for increased investment, as well as cost savings to maximize return on investment
Project Manage
Manage and track multiple projects independently, prioritizing high-impact workPrioritize projects based on projected impact and ensure deliverables are accurate, efficient, and address root causes.Provide project status updates to the supervisor and business partners to set expectations on timelines, accomplishments, open questions, and risksParticipate in scrum ceremonies and follow agile principles as part of an agile team, leveraging project management software
Communicate
Communicate performance of search channels with recommendations, translating data into actionable insights driving KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships, communicate regularly with business stakeholders to develop an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of business strategy and objectives

Bachelor's Degree required
Experience
Required:
7+ years of experience in B2B customer-driven digital marketing or eCommerce6+ years of experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)2+ years of experience handling ETL processes using Data integration tools such as Big QueryExperience in budget forecasting for digital marketing channels for large annual budgets (>$15MM)Strong Excel skills for bulk operations and process improvementsExperience managing multiple strategic stakeholders, including ownership and oversight of large budgets
Preferred:
Advanced understanding of paid search (SEM) and respective channel systems (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search engines, Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo/Skai, Marin, DoubleClick, or Search Ads 360).Advanced understanding of SEO and related tools (e.g., STAT, Moz, SEMRush, Google Search Console)Prior experience leading a teamExperience with backlog management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira)
