East Region Executive Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our East Region Electrical Infrastructure and Channel Leadership team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives and handling day-to-day tasks. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and providing general executive support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. They will work both independently and as part of a team with a strong passion for the organization's mission. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and promoting team cohesion within our East Region Electrical Infrastructure and Distribution Channel Management Executive teams. This position will report directly to the Head of the East Region.
East Region Executive Assistant
This position will be remote in the continental US.
Role Description
Provide high level of administrative support to the Leadership team.
Facilitate complex calendar management.
Schedule complex travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
Process expense reports and purchase requisitions and follow up on payment of reimbursements/invoices as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and prepare leadership team meetings and other meetings (including virtual, remote), prepare an account of the meetings, and designate and follows up on assigned action items; partially participate in meetings and take minutes of meetings as well as documents action items.
Assist the leadership team with onboarding new hires and ordering of required equipment and access to the appropriate systems.
Facilitate approvals and management of document flows.
Coordinate and lead special projects and Region activities as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
3-5+ years of executive assistant experience.
3+ years proficiency Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS TEAMS, Power Point).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, schedules, and projects.
Efficiently plan and execute tasks within set deadlines.
Meticulous in managing documents, reports, and schedules to ensure accuracy.
Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and team members.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced sales management environment.
Strong customer service skills to handle stakeholder interactions professionally.

The pay range for this position is $51,030.00 - $87,480.00 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
