Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 6 years of experience in a sales role or enablement or equivalent project management experience in a technology or media company
Experience working across organizations or global stakeholder management
Experience coaching, mentoring or working with Early-in-Career talent
Preferred qualifications: Experience building enablement and talent programs
Knowledge of Public Cloud
Ability to pay attention to detail and effectively manage multiple projects under deadlines
Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate with and influence executives and sales/enablement teams

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop Accelerator Program curriculum with business organizations (e.g., Small and Medium Business, Corporate Sales) by creating unique enablement and business rotation experiences for EiC Talent growth.
Align programming with Cloud Academy Leaders and ensure manageable time commitment.
Integrate Accelerator Academy into the broader EiC Progression Model with Strategy and Operation Leaders.
Establish readiness frameworks with hiring managers for next roles.
Identify and prepare talent for the Accelerator program with Academy Leaders and Go-to-Market business leaders.
