About EA Office Manager

  Description We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. This HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.   Responsibilities

  Administer employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

  Assess employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  Design a system for storing physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

  Collaborate closely with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

  Strategize on employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

  Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

  Draft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  Manage disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

  Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  Design a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections Requirements - Strong organization skills

  1+ years of human resources experience

  Past position in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence and interact at all levels across the organization

  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  Exceptional time management skills preferred
