As a CRM Presales Specialist, you'll be considered a learned professional who applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade's projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your team. What you'll do
Establish Dynamics 365 CE architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines Support the sales team in crafting deals, with accountability for overall estimates Recommend the right Dynamics 365 CE solutions for your client's needs Guide your project team, establishing and tracking achievements, coordinating actions, seeking expert advice, balancing open issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports Define how we measure business and operations success and validate Dynamics 365 CE system performance Support clients on CRM standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities Grow your network through educational opportunities, reading industry publications, building and maintaining your personal and business networks, and joining professional organizations Skills and Experiences
Experienced with presales engagements with a Microsoft Partner for potential enterprise clients requiring coordination with various internal teams (i.e. sales, finance, technology, etc.) Working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as a technical and/or functional expertHands-on experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers in a variety of industries Reviewed team's work across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test) Designed conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutionsfor large complex technology projects in partnership with sales teams At least three full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Dynamics CRM Experience working with offshore teamsAbout you
