Responsibilities:
Design, code, test, debug, and deploy new and existing D365 applications; understanding and participating in technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades.Customize & implement third party applications to enhance and support the CRM system.Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations.Participate in analysis sessions with clients to resolve application requirements for new projects.Extend capability of CRM through generation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports.Design business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience.Must have deep technical skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online on premises environment.Demonstrable experience in designing Security model and Out of the Box Configurations.Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, Console jobs and CRM Administration.Hands on experience in C, .Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM, SDK, MSD developer toolkit, SQL Server development experience and SSRS.SSIS design, development experience implementing data tier components services.Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools, Kingswaysoft, APIs, REST, ODATA, Web APIs, SSIS packages.Experience in using Azure services for integration Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.PCF controls, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream, downstream systems integrations.Technical expertise in set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.Good understanding and clarification of business requirements.Handling Analysis, Coding, Testing and Quality processes for tasks.Should be able to think independently and be solution driven.Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches.Experience or knowledge in Power app portals.Previous experience in Unified Service Desk, and Microsoft Dynamic 365 both with customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configs from environment to environment preferred.Preferred Certificate(s) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service and for Customizations.
