The Business Analyst is a versatile individual with strong business and data analysis skills that can be leveraged for the development and support of DUCO solution. The successful candidate must be skilled in business data analysis; have expertise with functional requirements gathering and documentation; have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; have a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams and display collaboration skills.

What you will be responsible for:
As Business Analyst and Project Manager you will
Lead discussions with internal clients across multiple regions including EMEA and North America and manage project to time and cost objectivesWork with the wider Optimization Ops project team to help establish project delivery plans and delivery estimates.Provide analysis to internal business clients on current and future state data-centric operating modelsLiaise with internal business clients in order to establish and document implementation requirementsAnalyze and document data mappings from source systems to the solution and onward data outputs for internal business client implementationsParticipate in solutioning the business problem by working closely with business user teams and extended members.Manage implementation as Delivery Team lead as needed for select use cases throughout the year.Support testing activities prior to "go live" date and immediate post-production transition with the support of test plan development and test scriptsSupport on-going enhancements to scope of services for existing business clients as neededContribute input on specific and overall solution requirements (for specific client or to close product gaps) and enlist Product supportCollaborate with other Optimization Ops members to share best practices, raise issues, develop consistent global processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Finance, Economics or related field is preferred7+ years of relevant working experience, experience/knowledge in SSGM business is preferredFluent written and oral English is a mustKnowledge and working experience of SQL/ Oracle is a mustKnowledge and working experience of development tools like Business Intelligence tools, Reconciliation tools, Robotics, Python are all an advantage.Clear understanding of investment data and aspects of investment processPrevious experience implementing software or data service is an advantageA minimum of 5 years project management working experience is an advantageAbility to effectively communicateAbility to multitask and work under high pressure deadlines.Ability to reprioritize quickly
