As a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for propelling sales objectives for our direct-to-consumer brands, including Philips Hue and WiZ.

What you'll do Create and implement a robust marketing strategy and implementation plan.Manage the external media agency, as they develop digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.Oversee A&P (Advertising and Promotion) budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to facilitate strong return on investment and efficient CAC ( Customer Acquisition Cost).Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results; implement and report on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels; identify and test new channels to meet or exceed critical metrics.Implement marketing automation, lead generation strategies, and be informed of current performance marketing trends and technologies.Your qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related; MBA preferred3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce2+ years of experience in performance marketingExperience managing an outside media agency and A&P budgetingEntrepreneurial mindset and work experience in a similar role, building effective multi-channel marketing strategies including PPC (Pay Per Click)and social mediaA plus if you have experience with affiliate marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other digital channels*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
