At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.We are seeking a Drug and Alcohol Therapist to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA.Earn $25.51/hour.Plus, there's a $7,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!Position DetailsProvide individual therapy and group therapy to persons in recovery (PIR) receiving MMT, MAT, and non-MAT services. Maintain a caseload ensuring PIRs are getting the services needed to support sobriety and recovery. Ability to assess PIRs and recommend appropriate services based on clinical need as well as PIRs ability and willingness to participate based on what stage of change they are in. Ability to manage a caseload of PIRs and have knowledge of their treatment progress, engagement level, and treatment needs. Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling.Actively working towards a Professional License (i.e., LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist), OR actively working towards a credential through PCB (i.e., CAAC, CADC, CAADC, CCS), OR be actively working toward licensure or certification.**Licensure or certification will need to be achieved within two to three (2 - 3) years of hire, depending on requirements.
