As a Driver Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Via’s driver recruitment operations in Germany. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to achieve hiring targets, maintain high driver satisfaction and retention, and ultimately enhance the overall experience for users of Via-powered mobility services across Germany.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with our Driver Operation teams to ensure we have the the right number of drivers for each one of our services Acting as the point of contact for designated drivers across Germany, you will prioritize operational issues and implement creative solutions to solve problems in real-time Support the Operations team with topics including driver recruitment, retention, payroll and more Interact staffing agencies to ensure they have solid pipelines of candidates, and hold them accountable to meet ambitions goals Respond to driver candidate questions and coordinate interview booking ensuring an excellent candidate experience Be accountable to collect and maintain driver data, ensure new hires meet our high compliance standards Work with a broad interdisciplinary team to help scale operational processes, systems, and tools to sustain rapid growth
Who You Are:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience, which can include time as an intern, working students or in any other professional capacity Entrepreneurial attitude - you like to work independently and assume responsibility At least C1 level in German and able to professionally communicate in of English: most of your day-to-day interactions will be in German but you’re joining an international organization and you’ll be collaborating with English-speaking colleagues around the world A savvy and tactful communicator, you intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people at all levels and from a wide range of backgrounds A true team player, - you enjoy working in an energetic team environment Experience recruiting high-volume roles or at high-growth companies is a plus What We Offer
