About the Role
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense and proven people management experience. She/He will own operational data and drive analysis to support critical business decisions. It is a key position that will work with executive leadership to set strategy, lead, and implement operational efficiencies.
What You'll Do
Lead the operations team that defines and executes the Driver Access and Growth strategy in Brazil, being directly responsible for guaranteeing supply levels in multiple products.Be a keen problem solver and work with different cross-functional teams in order to execute processes and strategies that will serve our marketplace balance.Maintain the largest onboarding funnel in the world, with integrations and data validation, alongside a cohesive KYC process.Manage the onboarding requirements while maximizing the conversion throughput.Deploy new technological solutions on tampering contingency and overall funnel integrity to limit identity fraud.Work alongside the business to increase the number of future active drivers.Maximize the delivery of each driver, increasing their hours on the platform and the number of products they use.Manage the balance of each city using several acquisition tools to control the number of registrations, to direct growth to places where it is needed.
What You'll Need

Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture. SQL proficiencyCommunication: English fluency is required. Validated experience interpreting and communicating data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner.People Management Experience: Promote a team environment where individuals can communicate and contribute freely and express themselves.
