This is a Part Time Position offered through Delta Professional Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes initial and annual recurrent interview training, provided by DPS Sourcing Team.Conduct phone screens.Reviews application of candidate.Asks established interview questions, provided by DPS Sourcing, to candidates in order to determine if candidate would be a good fit for Delta Professional Services and will adhere to company core values.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.In order to apply you must not have exceeded 2 years in retirement.Previous experience as a Pilot is required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Able to participate in pilot interviews, at the Delta General Offices in Atlanta
Applicant should be familiar with technology required for the job including, but not limited to:
Establishing internet or cell data connections to access company information and schedules.Use of email and other tools dedicated to their duties as interviewers.Use of Word and Excel is preferred.Ability to work in a team environment.This position will require successful applicants to sign a non-disclosure statement as DPS hiring criteria is confidential.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Former Line Check Airman, Management Pilot, or Chief Pilot experience.Previous experience as a Delta Seniority List Pilot is preferred.
