  Role Overview

  This career opportunity is within the Global Sustainability Practice "Wipro Impact" as a sustainability consultant, helping with the practice's Go-to-Market strategy, delivering on sustainability projects, and leading internal initiatives to support the practice's growth and expand its market footprint.

  Responsibilities

  Support and lead delivery of client projects, including but not limited to shaping solutions, creating client deliverables, presenting solutions to clients, facilitating workshops, etc. Support the team with developing client ready proposals, preparing sales pitches and other business activities to grow Wipro's Sustainability Practice Develop practice assets such as go-to-market decks, POVs, thought leadership articles, etc. Proactively stay up to date on the rapidly evolving sustainability landscape, including regulatory changes and broader market trends Support practice strategy and growth Collaborate closely with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team culture

Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills with a proven track record in building and nurturing client relationships Delivery Capabilities Delivery expertise with experience in delivering consulting projects focused on customer outcomes.

  Qualifications/Experience Required

  Minimum 3 years industry experience (in Sustainability and/or Professional Services) 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability & climate change management, sustainable supply chain, sustainable finance and/or sustainability data & analytics highly desirable Bachelor's or Master's degree (plus) in business, economics, finance, environmental science or similar Experience in climate risk and opportunity assessment, including scenario analysis, net zero and decarbonization planning, and financial impact assessment of climate related risks or opportunities Experience with global industry standards/ frameworks, including TCFD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, PCAF, CDP, SASB, and CSRD

  Key Skills:

  Strong problem solving, business diagnostic and analytical skills Experience operating and communicating with various stakeholder groups (external and internal) Knowledge of decarbonization strategy, planning and solutions Understanding of the climate change policy and regulatory landscape Strong project management capability with a track record of successful delivery Good communication skills and an ability to work across multiple initiatives in a global environment and drive progress and results Ability to manage work across multiple time zones while effectively engaging with clients and colleagues across the globe An in-depth understanding of current and emerging Sustainability issues, with proven experience in either one or more of the following sectors: infrastructure, energy & resources, consumer business, financial services, technology, and health care

  Base Location, Travel:

  US or Canada (Occasional travel)
