Job Description:Monitors annual review SLAs to assure manuals are revised on time (This is a audited control for ISO27001)Communicates with trainers or dept SMEs to get content on changes or review content for possible changesPerforms all administrative task that it takes to update, get approval, and preform web posting to PLC (web posting requires learning application called Web Expressions. This is the tool that is used to post manuals to web page)Is involved in assisting with documenting new areas and machines that are put in processUpdates PLC with all certification evidenceCoordinates with Quality team on APV requiring certification documentationHelps Training manager with some data analytics (this is as bandwidth allows, but we have asked for future training implementation phases to include dedicated data analytic resources, as documenter is too busy)Conducts all contingent "new hire" trainings in class setting (future state we are looking to create a Broadridge new hire training that she will assist with, for when contingents convert to full time)Works with all other cross site documenters to maintain consistency and look for process improvement in the documentation or PLCRecently I added a monthly report of training data to be collaborated on between documenter and supervisor. Recap all training activities and results for each monthAssists training leadership on any "training" information needed to be provided to internal and external auditors for ISO9001, ISO27001, SSAE/SOX, Client specific audits, etc.Qualifications:
