　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Prepares monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

　　Assists with the preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flow projections

　　Verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications within the financial statements

　　Coordinates accounting matters with other departments within the division

　　Coordinates work efforts with National Shared Services

　　Prepares supporting documentation for the Division’s SOX binders

　　A/P responsibilities including invoice approval and payment processing for delinquent accounts

　　A/R responsibilities including processing of check and cash deposits and account coding

　　Prepares monthly and quarterly bonus payroll for Sales Associates/Managers

　　Budget versus Actual analysis

　　Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for month-end close

　　Other duties as assigned

　　REQUIRED EDUCATION:

　　Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in a related field)REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

　　Minimum 3 years of general accounting or finance experience

　　Strong Knowledge of accounting theory and practice

　　Good verbal and written communication skills

　　Good analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under time pressure
