Team Polaris is DaVita's field organization for all dialysis operations in Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Utah and Nevada covering 350+ locations and $1.3B+ revenue operations.
We are currently seeking a Division Finance Manager (DFM) to join Team Polaris.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis as well as capital management of a $250 - $300 million operation. This role will require you to be accountable for proactively driving operational and financial performance by leveraging best practices, analyzing trends, identifying root causes to problems, and embedding controls in key processes. The DFM will report directly to the Group Finance Director of Team Polaris.
The role will be based in the Team Polaris headquarters in Federal Way, WA with an expectation for Hybrid work schedule.

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
