Your New Role...
This apprentice role sits within the Warner Bros Discovery Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, specifically working on the Warner Bros Discovery Access pipeline programmes. At Warner Bros. Through best-in-class talent development programs, mentorship, placement opportunities and industry exposure, WBD Access serves as a powerful conduit connecting underrepresented Talent to our content and brands.
You will provide logistical and administrative support ensuring high quality, timely and efficient delivery of programmes. As part of a small, dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and across many areas, delivering best in class training programmes for under-represented talent.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Assist across the lifecycle of WBD Access programs, including project planning, delivery and evaluation. Assist with event planning and execution, including booking venues, arranging travel, sourcing catering and arranging technical requirements. Assist with outreach to external partners to ensure submission windows are wide-reaching and inclusive. Draft communications, including social media posts, newsletter content and website text. Keep project management documents up-to-date including timelines, project planners and budgets Provide financial administration support, including registering suppliers and processing invoices. Act as a point of contact for programme applicants. Conduct research into industry trends, opportunities and competitor analyses. Provide ad hoc support to the WBD Access team where needed.
Qualifications & Experience...
A passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills An interest in learning about project management and event planning Good relationship building skills, team player and eager to learn Good written and verbal communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office Social media savvy Experience in Canva is advantageous but not necessary
The Apprenticeship...
Salary: £19,700 p/a Contract Length: 18 months Start Date: March 2024Qualification: Level 3 Business AdministrationYou will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers' series, special screenings and more. You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!
Next Steps...
Stage 1: Submit your CV by Sunday 7th January (you will not be able to apply after this date). Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a phone screening call with a member of our Early Talent team in January.Stage 3: Final stage interviews will take place in early-February.
