Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Culture (DEIC) Measurement and Communications Leader

We are looking for a talented Measurement and Communications Leaderto join our Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Culture (DEIC) organization. This role has the opportunity to work from your home office, with travel as required.
This role will be designated Hybrid and will require frequent onsite presence. The selected candidate will ideally be located near our Atlanta, GA; Escondido, CA, Houston, TX, Indianapolis/Columbus, IN, Minneapolis, MN offices or other Cummins location.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways Design and implement a comprehensive, enterprise wide, standardized DEIC measurement system, inclusive of leading and lagging data, to track progress against goals, assess effectiveness of strategy, initiatives and programs and generate insights that inform future action. Direct DEIC internal and external reporting and communications to inform, educate and inspire employees and other key stakeholders. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of DEIC dashboards that track key metrics and indicators related to diversity, equity, inclusion and culture in the workforce, workplace culture, talent acquisition, retention, development, engagement, and performance. Conduct regular data analysis and research to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities for DEIC improvement and innovation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and integrate data from various sources, such as surveys, assessments, focus groups, interviews, feedback systems and benchmarks. Establish and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Create and deliver compelling reports and presentations that communicate DEIC data insights, findings, and recommendations to various audiences, such as senior leaders, managers, employees, customers, investors, and regulators. Provide guidance and support on how to use DEIC data to inform decision making, strategy development and action planning. Collaborate with the DEIC leadership team and corporate communications team to ensure consistent and coordinated messaging and delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion communications across the organization. be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education/Experience College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Certification preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as statistics, data science, social science, or business administration. At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or consulting in the area of diversity, equity, inclusion or culture or related fields. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, including AI. Strong knowledge and experience in DEIC concepts, frameworks, and standards. Critical thinking skills. Able to interpret data with accuracy, objectivity, and insight. Able to identify root causes, patterns, and implications of data. Critical thinking skills. At least 5 years of experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans for diversity, equity and inclusion or related topics. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
Base salary range: $150,000 - $250,000
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
