Become a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll report directly to the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and support the execution of strategy and programs that drive the direction and successful execution of DEI for the organization. Your role will be focused on program/project management working autonomously to provide oversight and planning with Human Resources Center of Excellence. You'll be responsible for providing DEI communication, education, marketing, support and services to the organization. In addition, you'll help manage DEI policies and procedures.

Provide insight in development and delivery of the DEI strategy, programs, and reports. Lead development, implementation of multiple projects, project plans and communications. Identify project risk and alternatives to achieve project/programs and DEI goals. Analyze complex data, trends and forecast and help remove barriers to successful implementation. Lead and support change management efforts as needed. A key contact to executives and senior management for internal and external communications related to DEI. Support the design and implementation of DEI education and programs. Provide vendor management for DEI consultants and suppliers. Support responses to surveys, assessments and award submissions.
Qualifications
The essentials
Ten or more years of experience in the field of Human Resources and/or DEI. Five or more years of experience in a DEI role. Two or more years of project management experience. Experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data.
The preferred
Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, Organizational Effectiveness or related field. DEI Project management experience. DEI program and strategy implementation experience. PHR, SPHR, DEI certificates, and/or Coaching certificates. Emotional and cultural intelligence. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working at all levels of the organization.
You should know
This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
