Job Summary
As a District Sales Manager, you will use your extensive experience and domain expertise to lead, coach, and mentor a team of roughly 8 Senior Account Executives selling NetApp's portfolio of Solutions to prospective customers across the Enterprise market.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a team of passionate, enthusiastic and a successful people who want to be part of one of the most disruptive cloud companies on the planetYou will be a key sales leader on the team focused on driving new business and growing existing accounts for NetAppYour team will manage complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic products groups, and sales supportYou will implement value-selling and solution selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of NetApp's products and portfolioYou will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with customers and executive sponsorsYou will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position NetApp as the leader and partner of choice in hybrid cloud solutionsYou will coach and develop sales teams in their key account and territory plansLeading daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above quota results
Experience and Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of management-related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience in sales leadership, ideally focused on new business acquisition requiredUnderstand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position NetApp for on-prem and cloud offeringsHistory of cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliancesExperience as a leader in a team selling environmentProven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainmentProven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales opportunitiesMaintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast dataExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations is $340,000 - $416,000 total on target earnings. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset, and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
