About the Role In this role, you will efficiently and effectively support the District Manager(s) in administrative and operational functions. You will use the latest technology to support multi-unit business functions and ensure day to day communication is directed appropriately.

What You'll Do
Support multiple District/LP leadership and their teamsMonitor and oversee multiple email accounts and calendarsCoordinate District/s and LP travel arrangementsEnter and track expense records to ensure expenses are processed in a timely mannerTrack budgets; supplies, payroll, fixturesOrganize and support on-site and off-site meeting preparationOrder and maintain District/s office suppliesLiaison between both Corporate and Territory and District/s OfficesOrganize and disseminate information to District/s in a timely mannerResponsible for District/s follow up and communication to StoresAnswer and respond to incoming phone calls and communication with internal and external business partnersFields district office customer calls, assists to resolution or partners with appropriate leadership to resolveResponsible for distributing District LP & HR communicationMaintain reports, databases, and highly confidential information and documentsPrepare and support presentations for corporate partners, sales and business recapsEscalates issues that may have a negative impact to the business
QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED
Prior administrative experience in a general office, expense control, or personal administrationPrior project management experience
REQUIRED
Proficient in MS Office SoftwareAbility to work as part of a team and interact effectively with all levels of managementAbility to quickly react, problem solve and change direction based on limited informationAbility to handle multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityEffective verbal and written communication skills
